Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Login: your mobile number, and one-time login codes (stored only in coded form, and they expire).
• Business details: your name, firm name, firm address, pincode and city.
• Seller content: product photos, names, options and prices you add.
• Orders: order sheets buyers download (products, quantities, prices) and which catalogs a buyer has opened.
• Phone alerts: if you turn on order alerts, a technical address from your browser to send them.
• Payments: the plan and dates you paid. Card, bank and UPI details are handled by our payment partner Razorpay — we never see or store them.

Why we use it

• To log you in and keep your account safe.
• To show your catalog to the people you share it with, and to send sellers the order sheets buyers download.
• To manage your plan, send reminders and answer your questions.

Who can see it

• Buyers who open a seller's link see that seller's firm name, city, phone number, products and prices.
• Sellers see the name, firm, city and mobile number of buyers who download an order sheet from their catalog.
• Service providers who run parts of the service for us: Supabase (database and photo storage), Vercel (website hosting), Resend (sending login codes by email), Razorpay (payments), India Post's pincode lookup (only the pincode is sent) and your browser's notification service (phone alerts).
• Government authorities, only when the law requires it.

Cookies and your browser

We use a login cookie to keep you signed in and one to remember whether you were selling or buying. Your cart and unfinished product drafts are kept in your own browser. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it, and your choices

• We keep your data while your account is open. Deleted products can be restored for 30 days, then they are removed.
• You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, or to close your account. Write to us using the details below; we reply within 7 days.
• Order sheets already received by a seller stay in that seller's records.
