What Apna Catalog does

Apna Catalog lets wholesale sellers make an online product catalog from their phone — photos, names, options and quantity-based wholesale prices — and share it with buyers through a private link. Buyers can browse a catalog, build a cart and download an order sheet (PDF) to send to the seller.

Your account

• You log in with your mobile number and a one-time code. Each business uses its own mobile number.
• You must be at least 18 years old and use the service for your business.
• The details you give (name, firm name, address, city) must be true. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Sellers

• You are responsible for your products, photos, names and prices, and for having the right to sell them and use the photos.
• You must not list anything illegal, counterfeit, unsafe or misleading.
• Your catalog is private: only people you send your link to can see it.
• The plan costs ₹299 per month. There is no free period. You can add products before paying, but buyers can see your catalog only while your plan is paid. If a month is not paid, your catalog pauses; your products are kept and it reopens when you pay. See our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
• We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice. The new price applies from your next month.

Buyers

• Buyers do not pay Apna Catalog anything.
• An order sheet is a list you send to the seller. The sale, payment, delivery, returns and any dispute are between you and the seller. Apna Catalog is not a party to that sale and does not handle the goods or the money for them.
• When you download an order sheet, the seller receives your name, firm, city and mobile number so they can contact you.

Fair use

Do not misuse the service: no spam, no attempts to break into other accounts or the system, no copying other sellers' catalogs. We may pause or close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why where possible.

Our responsibility

We work to keep the service running and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is". We are not responsible for losses from dealings between sellers and buyers, or for short outages. Our total responsibility to a seller is limited to the amount that seller paid us in the last 3 months.

Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in New Delhi have jurisdiction. Questions: contact us.
